We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals at our skilled nursing rehabilitation center. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communication impairments
• Provide therapy services to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and acute care hospitals
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and excellent patient outcomes
• Document patients' progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments in speech-language pathology
