Methodist Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Rehab Technician to join our Inpatient Rehab. In this role, you will work closely with nurses and therapists to provide hands‑on patient care while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Schedule- PRN
- As Needed - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- Every other weekend required
- Ensure patients arrive at therapy appointments safely and on time.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Toileting
- Eating
- Dressing and other personal care needs
- Obtain and accurately document vital signs.
- Safely transport patients to and from therapy sessions and other areas as needed.
- Assist licensed nurses with delegated nursing procedures and functional rehabilitation activities within the scope of your training.
- Support rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff in providing exceptional patient-centered care.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the rehabilitation team and patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of direct, hands‑on patient care experience is required.
- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant, Rehab Technician, or Therapy Technician is preferred.
- Successful completion of Methodist Rehabilitation's orientation and advanced Rehab Technician/Nursing Assistant training program is required after hire.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping patients recover and regain independence.
