Position Summary
We are seeking a Part-time Pharmacist to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license and leverage pharmacist provider status in Ohio to expand access to care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically driven, and motivated to shape the future of community pharmacy practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license.
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in an independent or community pharmacy setting preferred.
• Flexible availability to work PRN hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities/ General Accountabilities:

• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Deliver patient-centered clinical services including MTM, immunizations, point-of-care testing, and disease state management.
• Leverage Ohio pharmacist provider status to provide billable clinical services.
• Support innovative programs such as adherence packaging and Long term Care at Home to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication use, adherence, and lifestyle interventions.
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and community partners to close gaps in care.
