We are seeking a PTA who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

• Education:
  
  Doctorate, Master or Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience:
  
  Two to four years' experience preferred.

• Medical & Rx (both PPO & HDHP w/HSA)
• Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Accident, Hospital Indemnity,
