Pay: $50,000 - $63,000 (Based on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, occasional evenings and weekends

Under the supervision of the Center Manager, manages the daily operations of the Senior Comm Unity Care Adult Day Health Center in conformance with Center policies, procedures, and standards and all governing state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include the planning, coordination and implementation of all activities in the Day Health Center as well as the supervision of the Day Center Workers.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a geriatric health setting.
• Preferred, licensed CNA in Kentucky.
• Proficiency with various business software, preferably Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
• Ability to foster collaborative working relationships. Strong interpersonal and group facilitation skills and ability to manage multiple teams. Ability to supervise, direct, coach, and develop direct reports and larger team. Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team and flourish in a flexible work environment.
• Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunization before having direct participant contact.

• Master’s Degree in health care management/administration, or nonprofit/public administration preferred.
• Licensed CNA in Kentucky.
