Licensed Social Worker - Fee For Service

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Help clients achieve measurable progress
• Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations
• Collaborate with the clinical community and contribute as a positive teammate

• Provisionally licensed and pursuing Ohio licensure as a LISW
• Approved by the board as a LSW
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Ohio
• Must be willing to travel to meet assigned Supervisor in person for the initial supervision session
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit-hour program
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
• Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor preferred
• Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children
• Ability to work with telehealth and EHR tools
• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
• Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in providing telehealth mental health care, conducting intakes, and diagnosing using the DSM-5. Capable of building a full caseload and collaborating effectively within a clinical team while treating diverse client populations.
