We’re partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical organization to expand its Field Medical team and are hiring Medical Science Liaisons with hepatology experience across multiple U.S. territories.
Open to candidates with strong academic/clinical OR medical affairs hepatology experience!
This is an exciting opportunity for a field-based medical affairs professional to serve as a trusted scientific resource for healthcare professionals, engage with key opinion leaders, and support the advancement of innovative therapies in liver disease.
Open Territories- Central: IL, OH, IN, KY, & TN
- Florida, Georgia, & Alabama
- Northwest: Northern CA, OR, & WA
- Southern California
- Develop and maintain strong scientific relationships with key healthcare professionals and thought leaders in hepatology
- Engage in high-quality, non-promotional scientific exchange regarding disease states, clinical data, and emerging treatment approaches
- Serve as a field-based scientific expert and resource for internal cross-functional teams
- Gather and communicate relevant insights from the medical community to inform medical strategy
- Support scientific engagement initiatives, congresses, advisory boards, and other medical activities
- Stay current on the evolving hepatology treatment landscape and relevant clinical research
- Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or related)
- Previous experience in Medical Affairs, Field Medical, MSL, or a related scientific role
- Strong understanding of hepatology, liver disease, or related therapeutic areas
- Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively engage with KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
