As a PRN PTA, you'll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality treatment and help patients improve their strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall independence.

You’ll also:

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions according to the patient’s plan of care
• Assist patients in achieving functional and mobility goals
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team
• Develop positive relationships with patients and facility staff
• Promote safe mobility and functional independence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team
• Skilled nursing or senior rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
