- Safety & Standards Champion: follow Aimbridge Hospitality’s guidelines and regulations, ensuring every function is safe and efficient for guests and staff.
- Set‑Up Superstar: oversee and assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet functions, inspect event spaces against the Banquet Event Order, and keep everything organized from start to finish.
- Minimum one year of progressive hotel or related experience, high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework and prior supervisory experience are helpful.
- Strong communication skills—clearly convey information, listen actively, and address concerns from guests and team members.
- Proficiency in essential computer programs, including company‑approved spreadsheets and word processing applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high‑pressure situations, solve problems efficiently, and maintain professionalism.
- Capability to work with financial data, perform basic arithmetic, and assimilate complex information to meet operational needs.
