This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly +1 Service bonus. Pay starts at $18.51 per hour. The pay range is $18.51 – $27.17.
Job Responsibilities- Perform all front desk functions: check guests in/out, promote sales programs, maintain guest records, and handle cash.
- Audit the previous day’s receipts, run reports, and verify accuracy of information.
- Assist with breakfast set‑up and may include food preparation, set up, service, and cleaning.
- Serve as the sole team member on property for the majority of the shift – work independently.
- Ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours.
- Provide courteous, efficient, friendly service and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service attitude.
- Maintain a positive work environment for a diverse team and guests.
- Ability to take written and verbal direction; speak and read English clearly.
- Ability to relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner and provide a hospitable environment.
- Attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
- Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest services.
- Ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines.
- Maintain the front desk lobby area in a clean and organized manner.
- Compliance with the hotel’s safety and security rules and instructions.
- Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled; may be the only team member on property during the shift.
