As a Tour Guide Host at our Cox’s Creek location, you’ll bring energy, warmth, and enthusiasm to every guest interaction. You’ll guide guests through immersive tours and tasting experiences, share your passion for bourbon through education and storytelling, and deliver hospitality from arrival to departure. You may handle reservations, walk-in ticket sales, retail and e-commerce orders, support events, and maintain visual brand standards.

Collaboration across teams helps ensure every visit exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities include leading guided tours, crafting experiences, and representing the brand to a diverse audience. Status as of this posting: full-time, onsite role with no telecommuting option.

• High school diploma (or state equivalency) plus six months of experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service.
• Must be 21 years or older and available to work weekends; flexible scheduling.
• Ability to lift and move product weighing at least 50 pounds.
• Proficient in computer usage and software (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and reliable vehicle if applicable; motor vehicle check may be required. If location requires, obtain the appropriate state driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems, tour guiding, or bourbon industry experience is a plus.
• Adherence to brand standards in product discussions and to tour and tasting procedures as directed by a Supervisor or Lead Host.
• Completion of STAR training and adherence to responsibility practices.
• Willingness to travel to company offices, sites, or meeting locations for onboarding, training, and events up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Experience with retail sales and hospitality with increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of POS, reservation software, and inventory management systems.
• Tour guide experience and bourbon industry experience.
• Bartending experience.

• Compensation will be determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, plus internal equity and market data. Bonuses, incentive plans, or tasting room tip pools may apply where eligible.
• This position is on-site with no telecommuting; you must live within a commutable distance.
• Open to internal candidates for a minimum of 5 days and external candidates for a minimum of 3 days, as applicable.
