Receptionist / Transportation Aide

We are looking for a caring, outgoing, and energetic individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Transportation Aide.

This unique position combines responsibilities in transportation, resident care, receptionist support, and facility assistance, providing variety and flexibility throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with transportation needs, including driving residents to and from appointments or other destinations, with a focus on trips to larger cities such as Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus
• Supporting transportation logistics, including preparing residents for travel, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety during transit
• Assisting on the floor or performing additional support duties when not driving, based on facility needs
• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested
• Greeting visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls appropriately
• Assisting with basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed
• Supporting communication between departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Credentials:

• CNA/STNA certification required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for 6 years with a clean driving record
• Comfortable and flexible with driving to larger cities such as Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
