Hotel Covington is seeking an events staff supervisor to manage event staff and guest expectations during contracted events at The Madison Event Center and Hotel Covington. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience and coordinating team members.
Candidates should be 18+, Serv-Safe or TIPS certified, able to work weekends, and comfortable standing for long periods. Hours vary with events, and the ideal candidate leads by example and ensures safety and service standards.
