Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different departments.

• Work closely with Directors and HR to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations by being proactive.
• Remain active with posting job descriptions on job boards and social networks and also by attending networking events.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract internal talent and independent contractors.
• Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruiter will be responsible for prospecting candidates via phone calls and emails to find internal candidates
• Leverage Linked In to identify, connect with, and nurture prospects; build and maintain a strong online presence to support relationship development, client retention, and business growth.
