In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top candidates across departments. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment that values innovation, equity, and impact.
What You’ll Do- Lead full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with team goals.
- Manage job postings and optimize visibility across platforms and networks.
- Conduct engaging initial interviews and coordinate seamless interview experiences.
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate journey.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to support smooth onboarding and integration.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategy and report to leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.
