• Create an exceptional and welcoming experience for candidates.
• Address concerns promptly to maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Produce curated and customized content for each candidate.
• Work closely with institutional and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand the unique requirements for faculty leadership searches.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and keep process documents current.
• Implement improvements as needed and create customized materials to support faculty leadership searches.
• Schedule interviews and arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation.
• Provide support for senior executive searches as needed.
• Handle sensitive information related to candidates with the utmost confidentiality.
• Gather feedback from candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the recruitment process.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Exquisite attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and humility.
• Prior experience in high-touch recruitment, concierge services, or executive search.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing needs and schedules.
