- Completes job evaluations and benchmarks internal positions.
- Presents recommendations to business leaders and partners.
- Supports the analysis, design, and implementation of incentive plan designs.
- Partners with Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management and Business Executives.
- Assists with the analysis, design and implementation for Key's long-term incentive compensation program.
- Prepares elements of the proxy compensation tables and footnotes.
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline (preferred)
- 3+ years HR, Finance or related field with an analytical focus (required)
- Skilled & experienced in building Microsoft Excel analysis and graphs, combining data from multiple sources, & trouble shooting and proficient in creating Microsoft Power Point presentations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong results orientation and attention to detail
