Responsibilities
- The HR Program Manager partners with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to lead the implementation of HR programs and analytics that align with organizational goals.
- You will focus on ensuring that programs are delivered across assigned business units, using data‑driven insights to enhance decision‑making.
- You will report to our Senior Manager HR Program Management.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR programs in assigned business units in collaboration with COEs to ensure understanding of their design and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with COEs to integrate best practices and specialized business knowledge to HR programs, ensuring that programs meet the needs of business units while following COE frameworks.
- Establish feedback loops between HRBPs and COEs to promote continuous improvement of HR programs based on real‑world applications and employee responses.
- Provide region‑ and business unit‑specific targeted data and analytics according to HR Analytics framework and methodology.
- Develop BU specific people analytics strategies that align with COE designs, providing relevant insights to support organizational goals.
- Implement regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data within assigned business.
- This includes identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective actions.
- The HR Program Manager partners with HR and business leaders to plan and implement business unit and regional HR projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of relevant work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- HR Generalist background.
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
- 3+ years of experience with Workday or related HR information systems.
- Ability to influence with varying levels of leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management methodologies, and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations based on insights derived from people analytics.
