Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This role involves maintaining accurate employee data, managing job descriptions, and standardizing employee life cycle processes. You will be responsible for resolving HR-related Service Now tickets, executing position management, and aligning HR policies with current legislation. Additionally, you will support HR functions at site and regional locations.
Responsibilities- Enter, maintain, and report employee data in HR/payroll systems, including Workday and ADP.
- Review, revise, and maintain job descriptions.
- Define, document, and standardize employee life cycle processes such as hiring, retirements, resignations, reorganizations, and transfers.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve Service Now tickets for a range of HR processes.
- Execute position management, selection, and compensation strategies within the current HRIS.
- Develop, update, and align HR policies with current legislation and company practices.
- Support HR functions at site and regional locations as needed.
- Post-Secondary Degree combined with 3+ years of direct HR experience.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with HCM and Payroll systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills to contribute to decisions and recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
Skills & Qualifications
- Preferably Workday and ADP experience.
The role is based in an office environment, operating from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dublin, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.
