Must be located in the Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, or surrounding markets

Bright Minds is searching for a high potential Recruiter within IT, Engineering, and Finance and Accounting to join our team and support our clients on a national level. We have a volume of open positions and searching for a driven Recruiter with Agency experience to dive in and make an immediate impact and benefit from our lucrative commission plan. Required Experience:

• Must have 2-5 years of staffing/recruiting agency experience with a focus on Construction, Finance and Accounting, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related skill sets.
• Impact Players, Rain Makers, and Driven Recruiters searching for a better opportunity to scale their income and join a hard working, strong cultured team environment.
• Must have full-lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Sponge and Growth mindset, must be financially motivated.
• Full cycle recruiting experience from initial cold & warm outreach, negotiating compensation, delivering offers, and closing candidates.
• A desire to make a big impact with a growing organization, but to also grow into Senior Contributors and Leadership roles.
