designs and delivers complex information systems for Greek public organizations in the healthcare sector. They are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team.
In this role, you will act as the key link between the Project Managers (PMs)—who define the functional specifications—and the development teams responsible for implementation. You will ensure that all technical teams have the clarity and information needed to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in analyzing detailed requirements, translating them into user stories, collaborating with team leads to define technical tasks, and tracking project progress.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze the functional specifications delivered by the Client.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, or risks in the deliverables that require clarification before implementation.
- Break down functional requirements into clear and measurable user stories.
- Break down user stories into technical tasks, in collaboration with team leaders, to prepare them for assignment to development teams.
- Monitor project execution, participate in project meetings, and regularly report to the Lead Project Manager on project status and any potential timeline deviations.
- Ensure clear and aligned communication between all involved parties within the client environment.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in technology projects.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (software, architecture, APIs, databases, etc.) to be able to discuss and break down technical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment (with Project Managers, Team Leaders, Developers).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to track progress across complex projects.
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
- Certifications such as Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience in public sector projects or in the healthcare domain
