• Support VMO Governance:
  Contribute to the development, support, and maintenance of Value Management Office (VMO) governance, tooling, workforce enablement, and reporting initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Participate in ongoing process improvements and identify gaps or areas for enhancement in existing programs, materials, training, and reports.
• Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Support:
  Provide day-to-day support for Azure Dev Ops (ADO) usage, including workflow management, test-reporting, and assisting users with ADO boards, queries, dashboards, and data hygiene.
• Tooling and Reporting:
  Assist with enterprise reporting initiatives and support the creation and maintenance of training resources, how-to guides, and job aids related to ADO and other delivery management tools.
• Compliance Monitoring:
  Monitor and report on compliance with VMO standards, policies, and processes; support the implementation and monitoring of Value Streams and OKRs for business segments.
• Testing and UAT:
  Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and verification before and after ADO changes, update test regions, and assist with testing prior to implementation.
• Training Delivery:
  Assist in delivering training and providing relatable examples for tool usage; help create and deliver training materials and resources.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings.
• Documentation:
  Maintain SharePoint links and folders, prepare meeting materials, capture action items, and fulfill ADO access and test plan requests.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with Dev Ops partners to resolve issues (e.g., Jenkins test results), and assist teams with data-related questions or errors.
• Process Mapping:
  Create process maps using Visio or similar tools to support solution delivery and process documentation.
• General Execution:
  Perform other execution-focused and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership, supporting the overall governance and enablement objectives.

Note: Candidates should have 2–5 years’ experience in VMO governance or a delivery role, some familiarity with ADO (or willingness to learn), proficiency with O365 apps, strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to work onsite in Columbus 4 days a week. Preferred skills include experience with Tableau, SQL, Service Now, Jira, and training delivery.
