Immediate Need for a perm full time Epic Certified Healthy Planet Analyst. Location: EST Time Zone. Salary: $80-95K max. Full Benefits.
Remote option available for OH, IN, or KY residents only.
- Min 3 yrs of directly related experience required…Build and maintain registries; fluent with care management tools; manage and optimize work queues and dashboards.
- Must hold current Epic Certification in Healthy Planet.
- Degree HIGHLY preferred.
- Main Job scope:
The Epic Population Health IT Systems Analyst is responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining Epic Population Health modules, including Healthy Planet, registries, and care management tools. - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
