AWS Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud‑based technical architectures for clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and cloud capabilities.

• Lead and mentor a technical team while collaborating with clients to overcome complex challenges throughout the cloud migration process.

• Conduct research of the current environment, recommend tools and solutions, and apply knowledge of on‑premise, cloud‑based, and hybrid resources.

• Ensure standards for cloud architecture, security, and Dev Sec Ops  are met during strategy design and implementation.

• Experience with AWS cloud services, observability, high‑performance computing, secure computing, and cross‑domain services.

• Knowledge of secure cross‑domain information transfers.

• Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops  and containerization pipelines.

• Ability to conceptualize and communicate AWS computing solutions and interface effectively with customers and engineers.

• TS/SCI clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

• Nice if:
  Experience with secure computing, observability, and ML.

• Nice if:
  Knowledge of software development, automated testing, and MBSE.

• Nice if:
  Ability to conceptualize and detail modular, open application architectures.

• Nice if:
  Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800 to $198,000 annualized USD.
