Acts as senior delivery leader and trusted partner, translating strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable business outcomes through disciplined project management, governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business sponsors, IT leadership, and architecture teams to define scope, success criteria, funding models, and delivery approach.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts using MS Project, ensuring visibility into dependencies and critical paths.
  • Manage execution against approved baselines, actively controlling scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and cross‑system dependencies, providing clear mitigation strategies and escalation recommendations.
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams (applications, testing, infrastructure, security, data) and external vendors or system integrators.
  • Manage vendor performance, including contractual commitments, milestone tracking, and deliverable quality.
  • Leverage Service Now to support project intake, work tracking, status reporting, and operational readiness activities.
  • Ensure delivered solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, data governance, and operational support standards.
  • Incorporate AI‑enabled capabilities where appropriate to enhance delivery insights, reporting accuracy, and execution efficiency.
  • Provide clear, concise, executive‑level project communications highlighting progress, risks, decisions required, and forecasted outcomes.
  • Support change management, readiness, and adoption activities to realize intended business value.
  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across IT delivery practices.
  • Analyze business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new technology‑driven approaches.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate complex programs and projects to guarantee realization of expected business benefits.
  • Take full responsibility for successful delivery of high‑risk, high‑visibility projects with significant organizational impact.
  • Advise on standards, methods, tools, and techniques and contribute to continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices.
  • Define and monitor benefit‑realization mechanisms to ensure alignment with approved business cases.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proven ability to manage large, complex initiatives with multiple work streams, dependencies, and vendors.
  • Strong ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, with proactive issue identification and escalation.
  • Experience delivering projects involving Service Now, Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM, HCM, and related functional modules.
  • Ability to partner effectively with business process owners, architects, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Ability to engage and develop project team members to maximize contribution and team cohesiveness.
  • Proficiency with MS Project for detailed scheduling, dependency management, and critical path analysis.
