ZEDRA is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join its global team and support critical business systems across multiple jurisdictions. This role is ideal for a proactive IT specialist with a strong understanding of application support, IT service management, and the Microsoft technology stack, who enjoys problem‑solving and working closely with non‑technical users. The successful candidate will be well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, international environment, contributing to continuous service improvement while collaborating with global teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day application and system support to multiple offices across different jurisdictions.
- Manage incidents, service requests and system changes through ZEDRA’s service delivery platform.
- Ensure application training needs are met across the business.
- Identify, recommend and implement continuous service and process improvements.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously as business needs require.
- Liaise with software vendors and internal teams to implement solutions aligned with change management standards.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (Incident, Service and Change Management).
- Proven experience supporting business applications in a similar environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
. - Strong documentation and knowledge‑base creation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt and support new applications and technologies.
- General accounting knowledge or familiarity with financial systems is an advantage.
- University degree or relevant IT‑related qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar systems or application support role.
- Experience supporting users across multiple geographic locations/jurisdictions.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with non‑technical users.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
- Is adaptable and professional in a changing environment.
- Manages time and priorities effectively.
- Takes a proactive and practical approach to their work.
- Works well as part of a team and supports collaboration.
- Maintains a consistent focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
