Security Access Management Administrator

This position is a Security Access Management Administrator in Israel. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining a secure and compliant digital environment by managing user access across critical systems and applications, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure employees and contractors receive the appropriate access based on their responsibilities while supporting efficient provisioning and deprovisioning processes. • Manage and maintain user access rights and permissions based on predefined functional role matrices and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, application administrators, functional leads, and technical teams to identify and validate access requirements for employees and contractors.
• Support the continuous improvement and accuracy of enablement matrices to ensure alignment with operational and security needs.
• Initiate and coordinate provisioning activities to grant system access according to approved role‑based requirements.
• Execute deprovisioning actions promptly for role changes, employee departures, or removal of unnecessary access rights.
• Translate business access requirements into SAP GRC requests and ITSM tickets for appropriate processing and implementation.
• Ensure all access requests are submitted accurately, tracked efficiently, and completed within established timelines.
• Contribute to maintaining compliance with internal security policies, governance standards, and access management best practices.

• Previous experience in access management, identity and access management (IAM), security administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of access control principles, user provisioning processes, and security best practices.
• Hands‑on experience working with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and/or IT service management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to analyze access requirements and support process improvements.
• Familiarity with security policies, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks is considered an advantage.
