Responsibilities- Develop and implement account‑specific strategies and plans to maximize revenue growth across the product portfolio within assigned accounts.
- Lead formulation of solutions based on customers’ business and technology requirements, prioritizing activities and resources with product and technical teams.
- Drive creation of customer proposals and complex contract negotiations to successful closure; resolve issues with customers and internal teams.
- Lead the sales process, managing resources to provide, create and deliver expert presentations, technical preparation, integration analysis, proposal development, collateral development, etc.
- Ensure key technical decision makers understand how our products and services work, how they affect their business and infrastructure, and are comfortable and supportive of the solution, deployment and integration plans.
- Author, compile, and deliver technical documentation to describe proposed solutions or enhancements through implementation.
- Manage development and delivery of technical sales and marketing materials.
- Facilitate ongoing revenue forecasting and business reviews.
- 10+ years direct sales and/or technical account management with network operators in North America.
- Self‑starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to establish credibility and relationships at all organizational levels.
- Effective listener and communicator with customers, executives, and peers, commanding respect.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and leverage technology.
- Strong technical background: signaling and Intelligent Networks (SS7/IP), mobile device software, mobile operator OSS/BSS systems and integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams; ability to get results through others; influence and pull teams together to meet account goals.
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10 years experience in the wireless telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of initiative and success creating and delivering network and client solutions to solve customer problems.
- Thorough understanding of telecommunications industry challenges faced by operators and opportunities to provide solutions.
- Strong network of industry contacts within wireless and/or broadband carriers.
This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Pay range: $149,000–$181,000 annually. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, life insurance, paid holidays and vacations, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Travel 20–30% of the time. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided depending on experience, skills, and location.
