We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Business Analyst to join our client’s Business Analysis Chapter. You will work closely with stakeholders, UX designers, developers, and QA teams to capture, analyze, and shape business requirements into innovative software solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities- Capture Requirements: Engage with stakeholders and conduct customer meetings to gather and define detailed business requirements.
- Design High Level Business Solution: Design business processes, define User Stories and Specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX, Development, and QA teams to shape solutions that align with both business goals and technical feasibility.
- Requirement Clarifications: Provide ongoing guidance and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
- Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes and prototypes in line with product specifications.
- Acceptance Criteria: Define requirement acceptance criteria to ensure business goals are met.
- Test Case Reviews: Review test cases to ensure business aspects are well-represented during quality assurance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Professional experience in Software Business Analysis.
- Proven track record of working with development teams and QA teams in delivering software projects.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience conducting business analysis in Agile environments.
- UX & Design Thinking: Knowledge of UX methodologies and experience with wire framing/prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq.
