Responsibilities
Helpdesk Specialist II provides end-user support for Windows desktops, laptops, and tablets, troubleshoots IT system issues, and deploys IT components to user locations.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Linux and/or MacOS are required.
Requirements- Active Secret clearance (or higher)
- Active Security+ (or 8570 equivalent)
- 2+ years of relevant experience
