Digital Content Specialist; Hybrid

Position Overview

Covington, KY;
Latonia, KY (41015).

Schedule:

Hybrid (alternating weeks: 1 week onsite / 1 week remote). Duration:
Contract through End of Year. Compensation range: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour.

• Execute systematic end-to-end digital content migrations utilizing specialized macro tools to ensure data integrity across enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal business partners to clarify data requirements, streamline publishing workflows, and gain necessary delivery approvals.
• Conduct comprehensive content quality checks against established corporate standards to guarantee seamless publication and zero downstream service friction.
• Optimize internal content structures through proactive data handling to support automation efforts and improve how information is consumed across the business unit.

• Experience:
  
  6+ years of professional experience in business writing, digital content management, or financial/benefits administration.
• Technical Expertise:
  Proficiency with standard MS Office applications, content management systems, and macro-driven data tools.
• Business Impact:
  Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives autonomously while meeting strict year-end delivery time frames.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and cross‑functional partnership.
