Fidelity Talent Source is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments. We are currently sourcing for a Salesforce Engineer to work in Fidelity’s Workplace Investing group in Covington, KY!
We provide CRM solutions that enable thousands of Workplace Investing (WI) associates in the acquisition of new business and the daily support of our valued clients. We work alongside delivery teams, business partners, and technology leadership across WI in support of our client acquisition and retention goals.
The Expertise We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related discipline.
- 3 or more years of Salesforce system engineering/administration experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with building solutions using standard configuration capabilities in Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Professional on Salesforce declarative automation features like Lightning App Builder, Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Demonstrable experience with conditional logic, object model concepts, and SOQL
- Proven understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Component capabilities
- You’re a good communicator and have a real customer-centric mind-set.
- You’re able to consult on process and design, then turn to hands on implementation
- Strong analytical, engineering, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.
- Publishes clear and concise design documentation.
- Participates in and contributes to formal reviews of solution design
- Resolve technical issues associated with developed software components.
- Personal willingness to learn additional skills as required to solution business requirements.
- Enthusiasm to contribute as an agile team member and to complete tasks outside of primary discipline, such as business analysis or quality testing, when needed for success of the team.
- Design and build solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Platform
- Collaborative working relationships with business partners as part of a global agile team of architects, analysts, and engineers
- Working within an agile team, design solutions that consider reuse, speed to market, and technical excellence
- Input into overall technical architecture, standards & practices, and change management process for Salesforce.
