Advanced Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytical models and solutions for moderately to highly complex business problems.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and successful deployment.
• Collaborate with business partners and product owners to identify opportunities and communicate actionable insights.
• Contribute to analytics methodologies, documentation, and reusable frameworks.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the team.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, operations research, data science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with experience applying advanced methods (e.g., statistical analysis, optimization, or machine learning).
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with BI or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
