- Strong experience in mainframe infrastructure, system programming, or mainframe application development.
- Direct hands‑on mainframe experience is required.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- z/OS, PARMLIB, UNIX System Services, HCD
- SMP/E and maintenance routines
- JCL, IPL processes, ISPF/TSO
- Installation and support of IBM operating systems and ISV software
- ITSM / ITIL practices including Release and Change Management
Experience building and sustaining enterprise mainframe platforms.
