We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in the banking sector to lead the delivery of projects that bridge business needs and technical solutions, coordinating stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into successful outcomes across banking products and processes. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving projects from initiation through to go-live, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with regulatory requirements.

As a Project Manager with us, you'll be responsible for:

• Planning, scheduling, and driving execution of banking sector projects across their full lifecycle, from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Managing project scope, budget, timeline, and risk, escalating and resolving issues before they become blockers.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, QA, infrastructure) and third-party vendors to keep delivery aligned with client expectations.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, running steering committees and status reporting at all levels, including C-Level.
• Managing project documentation, including project plans, and Business/Functional Requirement Documents.
• Driving continuous improvement of delivery methodology and project governance across the team.

• A degree in Business
  , Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on the banking and financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of card processing, payments, core banking, or consumer finance systems and workflows.
• Proven experience managing both Agile and Waterfall/Hybrid project delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and C-Level audiences.
• Very good knowledge of English (written & oral).

• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Experience managing vendor and multi-party delivery contracts.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
