Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst III- Service Line

Role Overview

Baptist Health is looking for a Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst III – Service Line to join their Performance Advisory Office. The position is a remote role for residents of KY, IN, or an approved remote location.

• Support hospital‑based business or service lines through business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Gather end‑user requirements and analyze data insights to advance operational excellence.
• Collaborate with BI developers to develop clear visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
• Validate data and generate regular and on‑demand reports.
• Guide stakeholders with actionable insights, facilitating improvement initiatives and strategic decision‑making.
• Utilize knowledge of clinical operations, EHR systems, and quality improvement methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience developing technical requirements for data visualizations.
• Proficiency in data analysis (statistics, advanced Excel).
• Background in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and project management.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
• Experience validating data and working with BI developers.

• Experience with Qlik, Strata, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI applications.
• Knowledge of data warehouses and data analysis techniques.
• Background in statistical analysis methods and graphical techniques.
• Project and change‑management experience.
