Role Overview
The Product Specialist - Services will drive value creation and regional business outcomes by evolving ERP product capabilities through targeted enhancements and projects, while supporting Product Owners towards global convergence.
What You Will DoDesign and deliver enhancements and process improvements to ERP systems, translate business requirements into scalable, standardized solutions, and provide expert-level support on complex, non-standard, or recurrent tickets.
Why It Might Be a FitThe successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation, support, or product management, and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation, support, or product management
- Demonstrated experience in driving ERP enhancements and process standardization across multiple regions
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to identify root causes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Consultative mindset with ability to provide structured, expert-level guidance
- Ability to balance regional business needs with global standardization objectives
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple enhancement initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge transfer and mentoring capabilities (for Senior level)
- Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in Oracle E-Business Suite
- Proficiency in Service Now, SharePoint, and other technical tools
- Application Stability:
Maintain and improve system reliability and uptime - Project Success:
Deliver enhancements and projects on time, on scope, and on budget - % Time on Projects:
Maximize time allocation toward strategic enhancement and convergence initiatives
