Starting Salary Range: $49,120 – $58,125, commensurate with experience

Summary

The Associate Director for Technology Integrations is responsible for all information technology-related project management, procedures, implementation, and maintenance related to the integrations of external third-party software (Federal Student Aid Partner Connect and other U.S. Education Department portals) and internal work with NEOMED’s Student Information System (Ellucian Banner ERP and E-visions Argos reporting). This includes managing system integrations and testing, working with Information Technology staff to assist with any software integrations specifically for Banner, and working with federal Education Department services and staff.

The Associate Director for Technology Integrations assists with the development of strategic goals, creation of policies and process analysis, and creating and maintaining proper documentation and training within the financial aid team to keep abreast of new technology and best practices for the administration of student financial aid.

Principal Functional Responsibilities

Project Management and Implementation: Project Management and collaboration with the IT Department to design and implement technology solutions for university constituent groups of all sizes within and alongside the Financial Aid Office.
