About the Role

Village Roadshow (member of Antenna Group) is a leading entertainment brand, best known for its cinemas, delivering an unparalleled movie-going experience to over 3 million viewers annually. As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our services, We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for the SAP system landscape (Development, Test, Production), ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
  • Monitor systems proactively, and troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage SAP Basis activities, including system upgrades, patches, transports, and landscape administration.
  • Administer user accounts, roles, and authorizations within SAP, ensuring compliance with internal security and GDPR policies.
  • Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and deployments, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and business stakeholders (e.g. FI/CO, MM, HR modules) to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Coordinate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures for SAP systems.
  • Liaise with external SAP partners and vendors for specialized support, upgrades, or escalations.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, incidents, and resolutions to support an internal knowledge base.
  • Support integration between SAP and other company systems (e.g. POS, payroll, reporting tools).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in SAP technical support, SAP Basis administration, or SAP operations.
  • Good understanding of SAP system architecture, landscape management, and business processes.
  • Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and end-user support within defined SLAs.
  • Experience with SAP authorizations, user role management, and system security.
  • Familiarity with database management (e.g. HANA, SQL Server) supporting SAP environments.
  • Understanding of integration tools and interfaces (e.g. SAP PI/PO, APIs) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, in both Greek and English.
  • SAP certification (e.g. SAP Basis, SAP Technology) is considered a strong plus.
