Job Title: Asset / Product Scheduler
Type of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Hybrid position in Circleville, OH (3 days onsite)
EssentialJob Responsibilities:
- Generate detailed asset-specific schedules from finalized time-phased production plans.
- Utilize the OMP OPR planning system for production planning and scheduling activities.
- Align production details with business strategies—including financial objectives (cost/cash), run rates, inventory policies, and customer service levels.
- Administer production schedules within the defined planning horizon.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and transparent communication of the schedule across the supply chain.
- Proactively identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, customer order issues, and quality concerns by collaborating closely with Master Schedulers, Materials Planners, and order management personnel such as CSR and DRP.
- Communicate changes or deviations in production schedules, supply shifts, and proposed solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Support Supply Chain activities for key business and global projects.
- Coordinate secondary processing tasks, including rework and repackaging, of finished products.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, comparing actual output to established standards.
- Oversee process orders, ensure timely closure where necessary, and validate that accurate orders maintain system and data integrity.
- Act as the primary interface between manufacturing and the supply chain, optimizing plant schedules according to operational capacities.
- Integrate production planning with maintenance scheduling requirements.
- Confirm material availability in alignment with asset schedules.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain or a related function.
- Strong Excel skills.
- SAP and/or Power BI is a big plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated learning agility, analytical acumen, and sense of ownership.
- Recent university graduates in Supply Chain or a related discipline.
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $29.00 - $34.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
