This is a high-impact Supply Chain leadership role responsible for building an integrated supply chain organization across two manufacturing businesses while improving operational performance, inventory health, supplier performance, and planning discipline.

Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy and execution across East Trailers and Fruehauf Inc., integrating Procurement, Materials, Planning, Logistics, and Inventory Management into one high-performing organization.
This role will play a critical part in strengthening supply chain governance, improving operational discipline, optimizing working capital, and driving the stabilization and continuous improvement of ERP-enabled planning processes while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Fultra's Central Sourcing team.
Responsibilities- Lead the overall Supply Chain strategy across Procurement, Materials, Planning, Inventory, and Logistics.
- Drive inventory optimization, working capital improvement, and material availability.
- Own the S&OP / Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and production.
- Develop sourcing strategies and strengthen supplier performance, risk management, and cost competitiveness.
- Lead the stabilization and continuous improvement of ERP planning and procurement processes.
- Improve warehouse operations, logistics performance, and end-to-end material flow.
- Build standardized processes, governance, KPIs, and operational discipline across both businesses.
- Develop high-performing Supply Chain teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Supply Chain leadership experience within manufacturing environments.
- Strong background leading Procurement, Planning, Materials, Inventory, and Logistics.
- Experience with S&OP, MRP, ERP systems, and supply chain transformation.
- Experience leading multi-site manufacturing operations.
- Experience with in discrete manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, trailers, or similar industries strongly preferred.
- ERP implementation, relaunch, or post-go-live stabilization experience is highly desirable.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style.
- Strong understanding of MRP, planning parameters, inventory management, and material flow.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Strong business acumen with focus on working capital, service, and operational performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop teams while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
