As our VP of Operations, you are the architect of our warehouse and logistics success. You will manage the end‑to‑end warehouse workflow and lead our driver fleet, ensuring peak safety, compliance, and productivity. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be a key driver in achieving our corporate profitability goals and shaping the future of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute departmental budgets, manage inventory dollar levels for optimal cash flow, and oversee critical truck leasing agreements.
- Team Empowerment: Cultivate a high‑performing culture through proactive scheduling, mentorship, training, and performance management.
- Operational Excellence: Modernize procedures to maximize productivity and streamline workflows. You will be our go‑to expert for solving complex, non‑standardized operational challenges.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a bridge between the company, our valued customers, and our vendors, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality.

- Experience: 6–10 years of robust experience in food service operations or a related logistics field, with a proven track record in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent professional experience.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, a decisive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, essential‑service environment.
