Senior Supply Chain Manager

A high-visibility leadership role at one of a Fortune 500 life sciences company's largest and most complex manufacturing sites — with a clear runway to Director.

A global leader in scientific and life sciences solutions is looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead operations at its Ohio site — the largest equipment‑manufacturing site in the network. This site runs the broadest SKU portfolio in its group and touches nearly every part of the supply chain: material planning, production, scheduling, and site logistics.

It's a builder's role — with direct visibility to our Division President and a real mandate to modernize.

• End-to-end supply chain leadership for a team (material planning, production, scheduling), and scaling.
• Ownership of the site’s SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process
• Quarterly S&OP reporting directly to the Division President
• A leading role in the site’s ERP transformation
• Coaching and upskilling a long‑tenured team toward modern tools and ways of working

• Meaningful reduction in backorders
• A mature, repeatable S&OP execution process
• A modernized, well‑run SIOP process

• Bachelor’s + 8 years of supply chain experience (or Advanced Degree + 6 years), including 5+ years in leadership
• Strong ERP systems expertise (SAP strongly preferred);
  Power BI and Excel proficiency
• Comfort with complex BOMs (200+ components) across multiple SKUs
• Experience leading SIOP/S&OP processes
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• A leadership style suited to developing and upskilling an existing team — not just managing top performers
• Executive presence and strong communication skills, up and down the org
• Willingness to relocate to, OH (relocation assistance available; visa sponsorship considered)
