Core Responsibilities

• Lead all station operations, sales, customer service, and administration to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Manage P&L, budgets, KPIs, and process improvements while ensuring compliance and safety.
• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
• Build strong customer relationships, drive new business, and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation experience; oil & gas logistics experience required.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• HAZMAT/dangerous goods logistics experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to improve processes, drive performance, and grow business.
• Knowledge of oil & gas supply chains and HAZMAT transportation regulations preferred.
