General Manager

We’re hiring a Northern Division General Manager for Warped Wing Brewing Company in Huber Heights, OH. • Oversee daily operations and front‑of‑house execution at the Huber Heights Taproom & Smokery
• Lead labor scheduling, guest service standards, and shift execution at your home base
• Provide strategic oversight of our Dayton location, mentoring the FOH manager and aligning KPIs
• Drive team performance through regular leadership meetings and goal‑setting
• Manage beverage and bar programs across locations (liquor, beer, wine), inventory, and cost control
• Build team culture, bench strength, and readiness for future expansion

• 7+ years of hospitality or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume service and multi‑site operations
• Strong command of labor forecasting, scheduling, and operational KPIs
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Experience managing bar programs and beverage inventory
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• $33.65/hr management rate for admin and leadership shifts
• $12/hr + tips for service shifts
• Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses ($5,000-$10,000 annually)
• Autonomy and trust to shape the team, culture, and regional operations
