Service Manager - Lebanon Ford

About the Service Manager Position:

Lebanon Ford has an immediate need for a qualified Service Manager to supervise Service Technicians, Service Advisors, Valets, Porters, and service drive activities. This position will ensure that our processes are followed for optimum efficiency and will handle elevated customer service issues. The Service Manager is responsible for supervising all daily operating functions of the department including: CSI/ Customer Promoter Scores, pricing, inventory control, security, customer contact / satisfaction, follow-up, warranty claims, hiring and organizing personnel, work scheduling and distribution, merchandising, and dealership inter-departmental relations.

This individual must demonstrate positive leadership qualities leading to a productive, efficient, content environment. Schedule is a five-day work week in a large dealership with a great compensation plan.

• 2 years of Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience, or 5 years shop foreman, or 5 years Service Advisor experience.
• Good working knowledge of all daily operations of a dealership Service Dept.
• Must be adept in CDK system or equivalent
• Good computer skill set and math skills
• High school graduate / equivalent
• Satisfactory employment references
