Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all warehouse and inventory operations of company’s manufacturing facility. This role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies and Philippine regulatory requirements. The Warehouse Manager leads warehouse personnel, drives process improvements, and supports uninterrupted manufacturing and customer delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials and finished goods
- Ensure smooth material flow to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments
- Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories; investigate and resolve variances
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation where applicable
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, including forklift operators and inventory clerks
- Enforce discipline, attendance, and productivity standards
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with DOLE occupational safety standards and company HSE policies
- Enforce proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials
- Maintain warehouse security and loss‑prevention controls
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP for inventory tracking and reporting
- Prepare regular reports on inventory accuracy, stock levels, warehouse KPIs, and operational issues
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams
- Control warehouse operating costs (manpower, handling, damages, and losses)
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience
, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role - Experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment is required
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and safety standards
- Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven leadership, planning, and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication skills; able to coordinate across departments
- Willing to work extended or flexible hours when required
