Pay:
This roofing job pays between $110,000 and $210,000/year, plus performance bonuses.

Schedule:

This is a full‑time construction job at our Madison, Wisconsin location. You will work on‑site every day with a fast‑paced, busy schedule and no set shifts.

As the General Manager, you will ensure our roofing, siding, window, and gutter work runs smoothly. You will coordinate the sales, production, and administration teams, monitor projects, budgets, and company performance, and provide leadership to managers and team leaders. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee and customer experience, and drive business growth.
