Craft Planning & Mobilization Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re looking for a Craft Planning & Mobilization Lead to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program.

• Lead craft workforce planning and mobilization activities across the project.
• Interface directly with contractors, unions, and site leadership regarding labor availability and workforce forecasts.
• Assess craft labor shortages, attrition trends, and workforce constraints impacting project execution.
• Evaluate manpower loading assumptions against project schedules and field realities.
• Support development of alternative execution strategies including shift work, night work, and weekend planning.

• Extensive experience supporting Craft Workforce Planning, Labor Forecasting, Construction Mobilization, Field Execution Planning, Workforce Coordination, Construction Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Significant field construction leadership, union labor management, or craft workforce planning experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Backgrounds originating from field supervision, general foremanship, superintendent roles, union leadership, or construction operations strongly valued.
