This position is part of our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and give customers a competitive edge through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

• Lead the deployment of the Henkel Production System (HPS) at the site level by driving strategy, coaching teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop local capabilities, ensure effective implementation of continuous improvement tools and methodologies, and promote best‑practice sharing across the network to enhance performance, problem solving and long‑term site development.
• Define and lead the continuous improvement strategy and implementation; manage and oversee program deployment.
• Support and coach local practitioners to ensure effective rollout; engage relevant people and departments to drive full ownership of actions and outcomes.
• Foster and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across all areas of the site.
• Develop and expand local capabilities in tools and methodologies; promote structured problem‑solving; inspire passion for improvement by providing a clear vision and direction for the site’s future development and performance.
• Network actively within the continuous improvement community to share best practices, promote improved performance and problem solving, and encourage knowledge exchange.

• Degree in chemical or process engineering, or comparable background
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably green or black belt (Six Sigma)
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in problem‑solving techniques and project management
• Solid understanding of digitalization and manufacturing excellence practices
